Senior Hire Desk Controller - Ossett:

We are seeking an experienced powered access Hire Desk Controller to oversee and manage our busy hire office. You should be able to demonstrate that you have worked on all aspects of Hire Desk Operations: hire order processing, telephone contacts, re-hires, transport planning, damage and invoice query resolution. Product knowledge is essential. We offer a very competitive and industry leading salary and a monthly bonus scheme which has paid out on all but 3 months in the last 4 years.

If you have a customer focussed, positive and can-do attitude then this is the job for you?

Depending on your experience and track record we expect the remuneration package to be as follows:

Basic Salary Band: £22,000 - £27,500 per annum
OTE with Monthly Bonus: £25,500 - £30,000 per annum

Holiday Entitlement Year 1 = 23days plus Statutory days growing to 25 day after 3 years.
